I mention this sort of thing on some sites with right wingers:

Then I promptly get labeled an elitist condescending snob out of touch with America. Well...I am not going to lie. It is hard not to be condescending to such simpleton bible-toting motherfuckers. I do consider myself their superiors and I do consider myself elite relative to them and better than they are. They are wrong - not me. Just because the majority voted for a fool does not mean they are right - it could just mean the majority are morons.

Some of the people on these right wing sites are not dumb, but they are so enamored by any military action we take in the same way that they always root for their favorite football team. The difference is that rooting for a football team involves no moral decisions, but going to war does - this distinction is not clear to these people, but they are not all dumb - it is a lack of empathy I guess.

Regarding Brian Reade's "God Help America"

We do not need God's help. We need the help of the foreign media. We've done nothing but screw over the world for the last four years, so it's incredibly bold to come asking for your help now, but we need it. This is not the voice of the American people which has spoken. Our voices are sitting neglected in a database that was overwritten by republican operatives manipulating the votes.

Please use your collective powers to help us expose the extent of voter fraud which led to this man being "elected" yet again. Our own media is useless.
