I am still angry!
Edited on Fri Nov-05-04 09:54 PM by The Night Owl
Here we are a few days after Black Tuesday and my anger is unabated. In fact, I'm probably more angry today than I was on election day. This isn't healthy, but I don't care.

Security Moms. I never heard anything so stupid in all my life. Secure this, Security Moms!

3. go find some unopposed Republican......
and start running against him! That oughta burn up some of the righteous fury (and do some good at the same time!)

I know where you're coming from, but here's a quote to chase away the angst:

"It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in people's minds."
- Samuel Adams

6. I will not lose my anger
Edited on Fri Nov-05-04 09:55 PM by mmonk
our Constitution and Bill of Rights are under dire threat and may come to an end. These people have just about destroyed anything that made America great by abandoning its principles achieved through many past struggles. True patriots would never lose their anger over that. I'm angry when I first open my eyes in the morning and I'm angry when I lay my head down at night. Give me liberty or give me death.

7. I have been angry since 2000
But I was able to contain it and stay focused because I knew we wouldn't ket it happen again, that we would be loaded for bear in 2004, that we would drive the barbarians back over the wall.

And now I have nothing left but the anger and I don't want to let go of it.
