Singlaub and other Iran-Contra scandal notables, as well as former Klan members like Richard Shoff. Ahmanson, heir to a savings and loan fortune, is little reported on in the mainstream U.S. press. But, English papers like The Independent are a bit more forthcoming on Ahmanson’s politics."

For the past 2 weeks one of them wore a Bush- Cheney button to a meeting I go to every Monday. The only problem is that this meeting is supposed to have NO political affiliation. I wore My Kerry- Edwards button once and got some comments so I stopped. I wonder what will happen this Monday.

Just had to pass this Grover Norquist thread along. I vigorously despise Norguist. Have to wait til Sat/Sun to watch NOW, but here's a reported quote: ...Moyers quoted Norquist where Norquist said recently that Dems will be content to be around Republicans after a while. That we will be calm like barnyard animals who were nasty but then got castrated and then stopped peeing on the furniture and such.
