3. Prove electoral fraud in one state

beyond a reasonable doubt, and ALL the other states are SUSPECT. All the other states being SUSPECT OF DEPRIVING AMERICA OF IT'S CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO REPRESENTATION, the burden will be on them to prove they didn't commit fraud. They can't do it w/o paper trails. A new general election? Coup d'etat? The possibilities are endless.
