I'm seeing these graphs of exit polls vs results
But I'm not seeing where they are sourced from.
I would like to share some of these with media friends,
but I am not going to spread something around that
can't be double checked against a reliable source.

anyone know where the raw numbers for
these charts are coming from?

1. I'd wait a second here
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=203&topic_id=26421&mesg_id=26421

here is a PhD statistican who is going to work on this...

I'm posting commentary on all of these posts about missing raw data
posts, not tabulating std. deviation across the nation and also per precinct, etc. that could discredit these initial results.

You want to be able to back up the claim with irrefutable scientific proof, not statistical errors that turn a valid claim into a paranoid conspiracy theory.

3. If you had been paying attention, all of the source materials.......
.......have been mentioned in the many threads on the subject by those doing the analysis. The exit poll numbers are posted at news sites like CNN and other news outlets as well as the methodologies used to gather the results.

The actual vote tally numbers are from the 'unofficial' vote canvasses released by each state and posted (typically) on the Secretary of State or Department of State websites for each state. As we can find it, much of the vote tallies are being downloaded from County web sites as well to be checked against the reported county totals in each State. Bev's FOIA requests are for hard copies of paperwork directly from each county.

The data on what systems were used to tally the votes county by county is also (typically) on the Secretary of State web sites under 'how to vote in your county' or some similar heading.

The raw data is all out in the public domain if you choose to take the time to look for it. :)
