Freepie, freepie, here little freepie
I put on my waders to slog through your bullshit and it came to my attention that a remarkable number of you still harbor delusions about revenge ousting Senator Jeffords. Too funny.

You want to pour money into the bluest state in the Union, go right ahead. Democrats, Independents and all but a few rethuglicans support Jim all the way. There's no way to split the vote. I doubt even Dean could beat Jim.

Yes we have a republican Governor, but he's the ultimate rhino, and we completely neutered him in case he thinks he might like to act a little more rethuglican. Hey, he's even suing the government of bushboy about emissions from power plants and drug re importation from Canada. We control the state house with 90 dems and progressives. Rethugs have a paltry 60 . The state Senate is 21 to 9. Oh yeah, attempts at payback haven't hurt us. We're doing fine. Just as democratic attempts at boycotts are hard to pull off, so too are 'thug attempts. But we would appreciate a freeper boycott. We don't want you here. I remember when Randall Terry tried to move in to thwart civil unions. We booted him out in no time flat. He did have one supporter in the state house, a woman from one of the most conservative and rural counties, a rabid anti-choice, anti-civil union bigot. Too bad the county went for Kerry and replaced her with a progressive. In fact all but one county in Vermont went for Kerry. It's the smallest county, with only about 2,000 voters. Oh, and in case you haven't noticed, Vermont is a rural state. Not all of us country bumpkins are bushbots.

So, c'mon, I double dog dare you to try and "get" Jim Jeffords. Pat Leahy got over 70% of the vote last Tuesday. I bet we can do as much for Jim.

New England wants nothing to do with your politics. We're taking aim at republicans here. Soon all of New England will look like Vermont.

2. Umm,
NH has lousy reps. Vermont has Leahy, Jeffords and Sanders. We need to work on NH.

4. In Missouri... Ah to be in a Blue State.
I'm sorry Senator Obama we are now truly Red and Blue States.

This was more than a partisan election.

8. I prayed all night, this to be so
Blunt controlled it all. We needed Claire.

This will be tough, but trust me, the Repugs will fuck themselves over and eat their own.

Just watch. MO will always be BLUE. Dammit, this is my home. :loveya:

3. Amen

And that is the battle. Let's turn Maine and Rhode Island blue.

Chafee only wins in Rhode Island, because his family are legends in RI, Linc is completely moderate damn near Leftist compared to the Bush crowd, and is a good man.

Rhode Island is to the Dems what Mississippi is to the Repukes. Same with Vermont.

If their arrogance believes they can take far-right politics into these areas and win bring it on.

My view on Chafee is he has to go unless he moves to the Democratic Party. This is a Liberal state that must put 2 Democratic Senators into the congress. They did us in the southern states knocking off Moderate Dems...time to even the score. If we had both Maine Senators, RI and one from EITHER PA OR Ohio the senate would be 50/50

11. Maine is Blue...and getting bluer.
We have a great Democratic governor in John Baldacci who is leading the way in public healthcare finance.

I'm working on our Senators and could use some help. :-)

15. Thank You- There are only four Dem Senators left- If they can't convince
Olympia Snowe to change parties they need to pur all their resources into defeating her and Collins. They need to pick up these lost Senate seats in the south from somewhere. I bet Santorum will leave his Senate seat to run for President in 08.

6. I wish it were true. In CT we just RE-ELECTED 3 repub whores.
Nancy Johnson - whore to the pharmacy industry
Simmons- whore to the defense industry
Chris Shays- a whore that says he isn't.

3 of 5 representatives are Pukes. We suck, when Connecticut redrew its' districts the Democrats in the State house screwed one of it's own, Mahoney and put him in Johnson's district. How on earth can we ever win. In Texas the Pukes screw the Dems and in CT the Democrats screw the Dems.

14. She has voted with Tom Delay on every thing he wanted.
She sold the seniors down the river so that her number one contributor, the pharmaceutical industry, could continue to make record profits. She is NOT a moderate, and anyone who believes she is is helping the Republicans ruin this country.

We'll get there. I grew up in CT. Basically, I think even the bastions of old time republicanism like Greenwich, Darien and New Canaan are freaking out over the religious right.

7. Same in Mass. Romney came in with delusions he could run Mass into the
ground, and the Dem-controlled legislature rendered him neutered. And we just elected MORE Dems to the state house, so that all the $$ he put into running Repubs for Dem seats was wasted! And these Dems are pro-gay marriage.
