Here we Go, Florida Democrat Goes to the FBI
The Democratic contender for US House of Representatives in Florida's 16th disctrict, Jeff Fisher, has gone to the FBI, claiming conclusive proof of the hacking of the 2004 and 2002 elections. Things are moving, people, don't stop putting the pressure on the media and our reps:

2. We're on the move, aren't we? GOOD!
As I posted earlier today.. the election was embezzled, bit by bit, to achieve their ultimate goal. It's easier to steal $10.00 from a thousand people, than to steal $1,000 from ten people. Same with stealing votes.

23. On election night, someone on DU reported that Rove
was in the WH's "Roosevelt Room", which had become a "war room"--working the phones.

What do you think Karl was doing? He worked the phones til he had garnered enough votes for a * win, is my guess.

Thom Hartman writes that Karen Hughes sat Bush down and told him he is going to lose. Alright, so if Bush is out of the loop, is it James Baker, Karl Rove, and some others who engineered this without Bush's knowledge?

I would not trust Karen Hughes to tell the truth about anything.
In other words it is very possible that Hughes is floating this story of telling Bush he is going to lose--when indeed it is fiction ---to protect Bush. It is her job to protect Bush!!

70. I don't think Bush is in on the fraud
There are corporations out there that are way more powerful than Bush, who had a great interest in seeing Bush re-selected. It's not even about Bush, in their opinion, it's about having a right-wing, pro-corporation administration in power.

33. So the assertion is that the "program" is tight, but, the data base...
which is accessed by the "program" is extremely vulnerable to attack and manipulation. No matter how protected the "program" may be, it is quite clear from the Harris/Dean demonstration that the "database" is as easy to change as cutting butter with a "pretzel" in the hot sun.

46. You don't need a supervisor to do the hacking ...

All you have to do is install a program in that runs in the background a does all the shaving for you. Then at a certain time, an ancillary program zeroes out the first and deletes itself ...

Then there is no record and no trace. The election supervisor didn't have to do ANYTHING. All they needed was a mole to plant the program which is probably the Diebold technician who WORKS FOR a Republican operative.

This would NOT require the knowledge of the staff that writes the GEMS software. It would only require a SINGLE individual to write the "moleware" and sneak it into the distribution package from Diebold. Than a completely unaware technician would install it and be non the wiser!!!!

As for the FBI .... Well I guess you have to go through channels first. But this is John Ashcroft's FBI. You know, the one that refused to follow up on two separate foreign arab men with expired visas taking flight lessons on 747 simulators without learning takeoff and landings. It's the same FBI that was completely uninterested in the outing of a CIA agent by someone in the Vice President's office. Don't hold your breath!!!!

who lost to a Repuke for the State Rep seat of Florida's 16th district. Can't remember the name of the Repuke Fisher ran against.

This has been all over DU in the last few days and I've seen it in other places besides Commondreams as well. Surprising so many missed it.

39. This is insane. From the article:
Edited on Sat Nov-06-04 07:41 PM by karlrschneider
"In Baker County, for example, with 12,887 registered voters, 69.3% of them Democrats and 24.3% of them Republicans, the vote was only 2,180 for Kerry and 7,738 for Bush, the opposite of what is seen everywhere else in the country where registered Democrats largely voted for Kerry.

In Dixie County, with 4,988 registered voters, 77.5% of them Democrats and a mere 15% registered as Republicans, only 1,959 people voted for Kerry, but 4,433 voted for Bush. "
---------------------------------------------------------------------

There were 2969 people in Baker Co. who didn't even vote for a Prez candidate? Yeah, and I'm the goddamn King of Spain...and in Dixie
County, there were 1959 MORE votes than registered voters?

abt the election fix. In fact, I think he knew about it, because many times when asked what he would do if he lost the election, he always said, "Oh, I'm not going to lose," and with great confidence. And there is something in his tone that makes me think he is onto the whole scam. I get the feeling that this is just politics as usual in the * family. As to why Karen Hughes would've told him he was gonna lose, it's a load of crap. Maybe they publicized something like that to cast some doubt on who knew what. I have noticed that most of what they say and do is aimed at media coverage. It's a really effective form of theatrics, and hypnotizes the sheeple.

The pressure is pushing the truth through drip by drip.

I can feel the dam beginning to break.

63. Just sent an e-mail to CNN
They had the Nader wanting a recount in NH story on and it was disgusting. They had two DJ's and Carol Costello giggling about how stupid this was...why would Nader want a recount..They were laughing about how he didn't have the money for it. So I sent them this. BTW, their morning question was "do cell phone rings annoy you". This as we prepare to slaughter Fallujah. It makes me sick

To Daybreak,

I'm glad this is an amusing piece of fluff news for you. It shows you are following the lockdown order you've been given about this stolen election.

Go ahead, and take it to the grade school level, having radio jerks on giggling about Nader wanting a recount. Do you know how many tried to contribute to this fund, but the news came to late over the internet? Yes. We all want a recount. Of the whole country. What a farce this election was and yes I worked on it.

We all saw the talking heads on each channel get very nervous when the numbers started flipping. You may not be allowed to talk about it but we can and we are, everywhere. I live in RED Kansas and no one thinks this was legit.

Of course this is not personal Miss Costello. I watched you from day one and I used to wait for your moments of frankness, when you were obviously disgusted with the trivial nature of your stories. But recently I have heard you make comments that cannot be given a pass. Not long ago you you made a remark about Afghanistan; that you didn't believe it was still under control of warlords or "who would believe this" The people of Afghanistan believe it. This is a very small world now. The media may not want to give us the real story but, when we have connections all over the world we are able to get to the truth.

We are a laughing stock in the rest of the world. But we will not standby for a second coup. The media must be reformed.
Oh, and cell phone rings really annoy me. Almost as much as knowing my government is complicit in the deaths of 100,000 Iraqi civilians.

71. The Amazing Florida S-election
I have several pages of graphs on my web site that shows what appears to be an "miracle" for republicans. I took a chart posted at

http://ustogether.org/Florida_Election.htm and converted it to show how many more votes were recorded for republicans than there were registered republicans. It's a miracle folks. All over Florida, in county after county it looks as though the equivalent of 100% of all registered republicans voted plus they convinced thousands of Democrats & independents to vote for Bush.

In the county where I reside (Escambia) the following results were posted:

Total registered Voters 189,833 Total Votes Cast----- - 142,895

Registered Republican- 43.8% = 83,147 - Rep votes cast -- 93,311

Registered Democrat -40.7% = 77,262 - Dem votes cast -- 48,207

Others - - 1377

The results defy all logic.

If you can believe your eyes, Republicans not only had the equivalent of 100% of all registered republicans casting a vote but apparently 10,164 Democrats or other parties opted to also vote for Bush in Escambia County! This is the Bible belt that I live in but there's no way in hell that even they could pull off this crap at such an amazing rate.

In county after county it's like that and this is Optical Scanners people with a paper trail!

I would appreciate it if any and all people here will check these numbers and tell me if I have screwed up. It does not seem possible that someone in an official position is not screaming his head off.

Start with:
http://ustogether.org/Florida_Election.htm

The bar (charts below) represent the difference between the number of voters registered and the number who voted. The negative numbers means that more people voted republican than were registered.

Let me know at magginkat@yahoo.com if you can confirm or dispute these charts. I admit that I am an amateur with Excel but I think my charts agree with the information available from the election results.
