Suppose voting fraud in FL proven...what then?
This is an election law question. Suppose, in a best-case scenario, it is proven without a doubt that there was fraud. Does the state then not certify the vote? Are the electoral college votes taken away from b*shitler? Even if so, it seems unlikely they would go to Kerry. So would FL vote again, or would it go to the U.S. House to decide, since neither side would have 270?

1. No.
It would go to the Florida state house, and they would give them to Bush.

4. Do you have a link to that?
Florida law says otherwise!

If fraud is proved, Kerry wins.

2. I've been asking this for several days. Nobody seems to know.
I would think there would be clear laws or procedures to follow, but I guess not. The FL congressman who has called in the FBI about fraud is at least trying to do something, but considering that the FBI has slunk out of a lot of its arrest/investigatin/enforcement responsibilities (anthrax, enron, Plame, etc.) it's hard to feel good about the job they will do on voter fraud.

5. Reality check - no one has enough clout
to get this investigated in time for it to make a tinkers damn worth of difference except Kerry, and he is apparently not interested. Apparently no surrender was just an empty campaign slogan.

6. I doubt Kerry thinks their was fraud. We are in the minority on this
"for now"

However, the CIA is not Bush friendly and just might look into it? One never knows ...

9. Not just the CIA
I don't think there are too many people in D.C. outside of Bush's cabinet that support him. Did you see the District of Columbia vote? 90% for Kerry. Insiders know alot more than we do about how evil the administration is.

8. Millions take to the streets and demand *'s resignation
Like Venezuela in reverse. Jefferson that from time to time -- uh oh, what was it -- the soil of democracy must be soaked with blood. Whatever. It means that the official channels are no longer legitmate when a coup d'etat has taken place.

Anyone with me?
