About Kerry conceding
here's something to think about. Kerry is a top-notch prosecutor and prosecutors get their ducks in a row before doing anything.
We all know Kerry is aggressive and not a quitter. Kerry also knows the election was stolen.
Let's give him some space, I think he might come out hitting hard. Maybe I'm wrong, but what we're seeing right now is nothing of Kerry..zip, zilch. Traditionally he would be interviewed on talk shows to get his opinion of the campaign he ran and what he though went wrong.

3. That's generally what I'm thinking, too.
I can't see him giving up that easily, with so much left to fight over.

5. Evidence.. Something he understands
As a prior prosecutor, there will have to be evidence that is not refutable or you will NOT hear anything from him. If there is not PROOF that will stand up in court he will not say a damn thing about this election as he has a future in the Senate at least. He can't be made into a fool or conspiracy theorist that is flaky over evidence he can't produce.

I'm not a conspiracy theorist either, and if there were piles of atty's all over and they local races turned out like they thought they would then some of the larger races probably followed suit. People don't know as much about local races as you'd think and they tend to vote the same ticket they voted on the General Election. Kerry knows these things, he has been around the block many times.

If the evidence isn't there, no matter how much we want it to be, you will not hear from John on this.

Think about it..

7. I think you're right, but I am feeling afraid of holding out hope.
My little heart can bear no more disappointments...honestly I feel afraid to hold out hope for any good political outcomes. And yet, a small part of me still WANTS to believe in Kerry, somebody, anybody. Kerry CAN'T be a traitorous coward! He just didn't FEEL that way to me. I was a Clarkie and although I live in Mass., I was a latecomer to my appreciation for JK (perhaps cause I am in Western Mass and he never did anything for us here.)

Anyway, sorry for the rambling. I guess I'm saying that I still believe (mostly) that Kerry is fighting still and that the assessment that he is "lining up his ducks" sounds about right. The man is NOT an unprincipalled liar like the idiot bastard son is. I cannot believe it.

8. we have
to independently get out the FRAUD idea & when we really have
conclusive evidence I believe we can get the Democratic leadership to step up. Personally I think Kerry cannot touch the fraud issue because if he does he loses standing as possible pres elect, whereas if the fraud issue came up seperately it might allow for a * defeat & JK would have remained above the fray...

I AM giving him the benefit of the doubt, as I have lost faith in dem leadership, but Kerry worked his ass off for us & even if he chose not persue the e-voting issue, I respect him for trying & in my mind, winning this race. * should be disqualified for cheating (which is obvious) Kerry IS my president. I voted for Kerry & believe my vote counts, regardless of whether or not DIebold & gay-haters agree.

He really pissed me off though by conceding so quickly.

10. They pressured him to concede
Using the old trick they tried with that sinclar swift boat film...
that by introducing instability to leadership during war time, he
was being a traitor... so they made him concede right fast.

I'm sure that he's having a deep and long review of the fraud.
A month of time to work, behind the scenes on the election fraud
could turn up kerry as our next president. I'm not given up, however
it would be nice if he could hint this to his public.

14. He's far from stupid and far from being a coward.
He knows he has to be on solid ground. Every bit of evidence we can ferret out will help him mucho. If Elizabeth and Chris are watching these boards, which I think they are, what they can use and investigate is being used. Problem is, Bushco is probably watching these boards too, so nothing can be said.
Just keep digging and find what you can find for Kerry and get it posted and out to the media and the blogs.
Evidence of fraud will become overwhelming at some point, we just don't know where the tipping point is.
