Voting Data - Methods, Vendors, and FL, OH, NH

I posted this message in another thread but it was somewhat buried. Pobeka (~thanks) provided a terrific set of voting data that indicates method and vendor used in each state and more detailed county-level results for FL, NH,and OH.
