As long as we don't PROSECUTE election fraud it just keeps getting worse!

Because of a corrupt network of Repbulican officials and companies like Diebold, election fraud just keeps expanding in it's national scope from 2000 to now...and it is never PROSECUTED. Because none the criminals involved go to jail, they just keep expanding their activities.

Kerry and Edwards obviously think they can't reverse the result of
this election by contesting it, and they may be right. But the evidence for the largest national election fraud in history is overwhelming. We need to take as many of the perpitrators as possible to court and expose their scams. A whole lot of strong convictions in lower courts will not ALL be taken up by the Supreme Court.

It's always easier to get the two-bit thugs than the top mobsters. But if we start taking out the petty official and corporate crooks involved in this operation in several states, it could help lay the groundwork for a RICO (Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) suit against Karl Rove et.al.

If none of these people are prosecuted, you can be sure that they'll just go right ahead and steal Congressional races in state after state in 2006...and Democracy will be all over in America.

This is probably the last chance we have to avert a complete Fascist take-over in America. We have to expose and prosecute as many operators as possible in this election, while also exposing the criminality and deception of the PNAC agenda at work behind not only election fraud, but the 9/11 propaganda coup, the plundering of Iraqi oil under false pretenses and so on.

election fraud should be regarded as one notch below treason, which constitutionally requires actual violence.

there are few things one can do that are more damaging to a country than to tamper with its elections.

(not that i'm advocating any change in drug policy in this post; i'm just noting the contrast. easy prosecutions, mandatory minimums, years, decades even, for petty drug crimes; but when was the last time ANYBODY did ANY jail time for election fraud??)

As a Westerner of sorts, I should add that not all Repub officials and courts are corrupt neo-con supporters in every "Red State"--we don't have to get quite that paranoid about the system being rigged from top to bottom.

Particularly in Libertarian-leaning western states, there are plenty of judges who will not "look the other way" about severe cases of neo-con corruption, deception, vote suppression and electoral fraud brought to their attention. The Bush/PNAC gang has actually alienated a lot of informed citizens including Rebulicans in these areas, which is one reason the gang had to resort to some dirty tricks in Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, etc.

If the Supreme Court shows it's bias by overturning a bunch of obviously strong lower court rulings of illegal election rigging, well then, at least it will be right out in the open that Justice and the application of law to everyone has been totally trashed by the neo-cons!

After all, it's their future being Sacrificed!

Election fraud cannot be allowed to stand -- but so far I see the Congressional dems just laying down and rolling over.

What can we do?

How do we force the dems to take a stand.

If nothing is done -- every single election in the future using rigged voting machines that can be used to manage the vote total will be used.

Vote fraud or even the suggestion or possibility of vote fraud is a major road block -- we can't do anything -- until we know all the votes will be counted.
