The American people have the attention span of a pissant. We have to be out there every day, every week, getting our message out. There might be a few nasty headlines over the Labor Day weekend, but we've got to get people's attention riveted on the unfolding debacle in Iraq, the deplorable state of the economy, and the totally ineffective Republican response.

Otherwise, folks are content to let the newsreaders tell them that Lil George is an honorable, Christian man who wants only the best for each and every Murikin.
