Why isn't the right wing going all out to DENOUNCE the trickle of fraud

stories that are beginning to get out there? Their usual MO is to kill it dead IMMEDIATELY.
Are they hoping that their mandate braying is going to overpower everything and that no one will notice this?
Hoping it will just fade away is usually a sign of more than just smoke.

..is a public first step towards seeking a solution. They already have the solution they want.

Enforcing a lock-down on print and media essentially stops the debate before it starts.
