RANDI RHODES, flip the media SPIN: Kerry vs. Bush- Exit Polls vs. Actuals

Why does the media keep insisting that the exit polls were off and the voting machines were right?

Let�s reverse the spin.

How come the exit polls and the machines were exactly the same in these 10 states? Well, almost exactly the same:
In 6 states, exactly on the money.
In 3 states, within 1%
In 1 state, within 2%.

The exit polls did a near perfect job of checking the votes in these 10 states.

But, but...wait! How come the machines were less than perfect in these states?

1. Regardless, Bush remains the Margin-of-Error President

His Ohio "victory" margin sounds to be less than the margin-of-error, so he's again effectively the winner of a tie.

Anybody have the actual figures? When will the provisional ballots be added to the vote totals?

2. Michael Moore & Dick Morris agree with you - the exit polls were right!

But I agree with Fox's Dick Morris on this one, at least in large part. Wrapping up his story for The Hill, Morris wrote in his final paragraph, "This was no mere mistake. Exit polls cannot be as wrong across the board as they were on election night. I suspect foul play."

THE DNC and Kerry/Edwards need to realize, they won. This is important for the nation and the party. The people like Kerry/Edwards platform. We don't have to change the party, WE HAVE TO CHANGE THE ELECTION PROCESS!

Will they wake up?
