4. it exposed a lot of voting problems
that intense spotlight on Florida did do a lot of good. We know a lot more due to those 36 days.

The elections were more of a f-ing mess this time than it was then.

He called Bush the night of the election to concede, then pulled it back for the court battle for the next month. Then, finally conceded again.
