This keep sinking like a stone, and no one's explained their reason for voting the way they did yet, either. I'll go first.

Yes, I believe there may have been SOME fraud, but I'm just as inclined to believe that much of the 'evidence of fraud' can be explained by simple, human incompetence and a lack of basic arithmetical skills. Was it enough to allow Bush a second un-earned term? That's the tough question. I suspect Bush probably would have won anyway.
