Anti-Iraqi Forces?

I'm confused, when CNN talks about Anti-Iraqi forces, they don't seem to be talking about the the white guys in desert camo.

Could someone please explain.

Esspecially "Freedom-Fighters" in Fallujah, they are seen as rightly defend their homes by many inside and outside Iraq.
