Outsourced! American Eagle billing phone bank connects to India

I have an account with American Eagle Outfitters ( AE.com ) and called with a question about bill payment. I spoke to a man who had a discernible foreign accent and at the end of the convo I asked what country he was in, at that moment. He said the call was forwarded to India and he resides and works there.

You have to be a size 3 to buy something from there. I can't even afford their clothing.

At least they are not like A & F where you have to be a size 0 to wear anything.

I had to call on behalf of my parents recently for a problem, and the csr was definitely Indian. I'm afraid that outsourcing will soon be taken on by more and more companies, which will leave the average American worker screwed.
