6. they believe the Bill of Rights was a mistake

IOW that Madison's ideas of the constitution were superior to Jefferson's. Look em up in Wikipedia. Justice Scalia is a member. They are a bunch of VERY POWERFUL ULTRA CONSERVATIVE mostly judges and lawyers.
