Claimed that some in NC did but I haven't seen anything else about it and being in this state I can tell you the mistakes overwhelmingly helped Bush. This election season has been a disaster here.

3. there was a thread here earlier

today that said that Al Franken commented on 22,000 votes going toward the democrats that were wrong...sorry I didn't bookmark the thread. His (AF) thoughts were that the republicans should be just as outraged as the Democrats to get behind the irregularities regarding this new information coming to light :shrug:

4. yes, the Charlotte (Mecklinburg) county race favored three dems

so the repukes got the results overturned, and then they were trying to canvass, so the repuke who is now 28 votes ahead of the dem that was in third place, her campaign manager raised a stink yesterday and got a temp. injunction, and now they are having three people count each ballot. Those repukes REALLY want a place on the commissioners race. The story and links are in the State/Country forums under NC.
