Radical Cleric Falwell Plans for 'Evangelical Revolution'
Forget 'reaching out'...they plan to take over. And by the way, why are churches and groups like this still tax-exempt?

RICHMOND, Va. - Seeking to take advantage of the momentum from an election where moral values proved important to voters, the Rev. Jerry Falwell announced Tuesday he has formed a new coalition to guide an "evangelical revolution."

Falwell, a religious broadcaster based in Lynchburg, Va., said the Faith and Values Coalition will be a "21st century resurrection of the Moral Majority," the organization he founded in 1979. Falwell said he would serve as the coalition's national chairman for four years.

He added that the new group's mission would be to lobby for anti-abortion conservatives to fill openings on the Supreme Court and lower courts, a constitutional amendment banning same-sex marriage, and the election of another "George Bush-type" conservative in 2008.

"We all, for the first time, began to realize the potential of religious conservatives, particularly evangelicals, when something over 30 million of them went to the polls," he said, noting most supported the president and anti-abortion candidates, and voted to approve 11 initiatives across the country banning gay marriage.

3. A Constitutional amendment to ban same-sex marriage?
That bunch always wants to clutter up the Constitution, which is hard to amend for a good reason.

Twenty-five years ago they were agitating for a Constitutional amendment to ban busing for racial integration.

4. He's such a joke
People like him make me sick, they pray on people for money so they can live high on the hog, and he sure looks like he does. There is nothing sincere about him, he has an attitude that if you dont think like he does then your going to hell in a handbasket. Let them come around my house I will chase them off so fast they wont know whether to shit, sink or swim.
People have the right to believe how they wish, they dont need some narrow minded pin head shoving his interpretation of the Bible down their throats. He's nothing but a crook in sheeples clothing.
Beliefs are good, but he is nothing more than a con-artist, looking for his 15 minutes of fame.
Blessings

8. LMAO!
They blame gays and feminists for America's problems. They also discriminate against african americans. They are SO radical and anti-freedom. Jerry Falwell hates us for our freedoms!
