If the Presidential Election were not held until next Tuesday

18 American Servicemembers would still be alive and at least two American Helicopters would not have been shot out of the sky. Please ask your conservative acquaintances why this is? No doubt, they will not be troubled at all that a candidate would use American lives for political gain. It is the conservative value system, pure and simple.

I have a friend who said he supported President Bush because he supposed that President Bush was hands off on our military strategy. I haven't been able to get up with him to ask him what he thinks of this move.

assault on Fallujah would not have happened yet. They were obviously holding it off until after the election.
