Which of the 10 Commandments are actually law?
and why do the people who so fervently believe in them totally ignore them so?

5. The funny-but-really-sad part is that Jesus ramped up the Commandments
My understanding is that Jesus told his followers that the Ten Commandments were old news and too easy to follow, anyway. In the Sermon on the Mount he gave his followers a new covenant, one that is much more difficult to achieve. It's not enough to love your neighbor, Jesus said, we need to strive to love our enemies.

Needless to say, bushco hasn't caught on to actually living the Ten Commandments, much less coming close to Jesus's teaching. I counted up once and it looks like chimpy has failed every one of the Ten at one time or another.
