Realize the fundies have nothing (re: abortion rights/peterson)

If people are paying attention to the case for THAT reason then the media lies have truly infiltrated thinking people.

Realize that a pregnancy that was just about over is VERY different than, for example, a first trimester abortion.

And for anyone who believes this has impact on Roe. Would you please tell me when a lower court jury got the authority to overturn the supreme court in a verdict in an unrelated case? I must have missed the constitutional amendment to that effect.

The ONLY way Roe is changing is by bush justice appointments. PERIOD. It doesn't matter what some jury in a lower court thinks. This is a rove distracting to get your eye off the ball.
