Time Warner Promoting "Christian Anthem" CD's
So, I'm watching the news and the "Powerful Christian Anthems" Advertisement comes on. I say this with the utmost cynicism, but it's what I'm listening to during the commercials... So, I'm curious and I'm wondering about who the hell's pushing these evangelical "Christian Anthem" CD's. Well, it would be no other than TIME LIFE aka Time Warner/AOL. Are you kidding me???? Time Warner is producing and promoting "Christian Anthem" CD's, but the right wing neo conformists want to scream "Liberal Media". Their is some kind of major psychological malfunction taking place in the United States.

Anyhow, this brings me to another question. Media should be well aware of how divided this country is right now, but they produce and promote "Christian Anthem" CD's. I wouldn't mind it if it was some Christian Coalition type of corporation paying to advertise this, but this is a major media organization producing "Christian Anthem" CD's and promoting it through their own media outlets. Wouldn't that clearly be defined as an evangelical Christian propaganda machine? Have you checked out AOL??? Their search engine is censored.. I swear. Is the media completely irresponsible and inept or are they trying to start a civil war? What the hell happened to journalistic responsibility and integrity? We've vacated the truth for self righteous propaganda.. it's sickening.

2. It's just a money issue...................
Time Warner wants to separate these poor "intellectually challenged" folks from their money. You know, good "Christian Anthems" to attack gays and all them other pinko LIEberals by.
Time Warner is taking food off of God's table by doing this. That money should be God's, not some "librul meedya" group.

3. It's all about money!
Christian music is a big money-maker, and what better time to push a new "greatest-hits" collection than now, while all the fundies are fresh off their big "man-date" victory! What amazes me is that whatever songs TimeLife puts in this offer, I guarentee they probably already own CD's with those songs anyway!

5. No but "Onward Christian Soldiers" gets me a little tense
when applied to the Iraq war.

6. Is it applied to the Iraq war?
I don't see anything about that in the OP. In fact, I see little info about this CD in the OP. I see no reason to think this is a TheoCon CD. As far as I can tell from the OP and my web searches, there are many collections of religious material and I've yet to see anything more subversive than "Onward Christian Soldiers"

7. I can see Cartman and his group "FAITH+1" singing...
"Whenever I see Jesus up on that cross, I can't help but think that he looks kinda hot. Jesus Jesus Jesus!..."
