Personally, I think that Scott Peterson is guilty as sin. My question is: How many jurors can be replaced to arrive at a "cohesive" jury (the buzzword on the news tonight) before the entire trial is tainted? It looks like a football game where one side (the State) keeps sending in fresh subs until they win. Does the defense have any say-so in these juror removal and substitution questions. Does the DA? Or is it totally up to the presiding judge? I guess if it is up to the court alone, it is a three-sided match.
