Poll question: Who would launch a terrorist attack in the blue states: Bush or foreigners

Bush is the one who is attacking the Muslims. The Blue states don't want any part of it. Why would Al Qaeda (unless it is under Bush's control) attack the blue states instead of those who are attacking foreign countries and massacring their citizens.

2. Bush has harmed the country, and continues to up the ante every day. It's not enough to talk about a dirty bomb or something like that-the american people are desensitized to it, so they could let one off somewhere...I'm sure not many people here would put it past them. They ginned up this war didn't they>?

2. Terrorists attack where the people are

Terrorists are going to pick the population centers where they can do the most damage. It just happens that most of the population centers in the US are blue. They are going to pick the targets that cause the most fear, confusion, and chaos. I don't think that terrorists differentiate between Democrats and Republicans, we are all godless Americans to them.

That being said, I will not rule out domestic terrorism a la Timothy McVeigh the next time an attack occurs. We need to keep in mind that not all terrorists are Muslims.
