Revenge for the theft of Democracy - Boycott Diebold
Diebold is also one of the largest manufacturers of ATMs, which are used by nearly every bank. These, not surprisingly, have also proven to be insecure.

The answer is:

Boycott Diebold ATMs.

So use a different ATM. Go to the market and get cash back. Go into your bank and tell the teller that you won't use a Diebold ATM until the company agrees to put paper trails on their voting machines.

If we can get even one million Americans who believe in democracy to tell their banks they won't use Diebold ATMs, the banks will take notice, and put pressure on Diebold. If we can get ten million Americans to believe in democracy to tell their banks they won't use Diebold ATMs, the world will take notice.

2. the machines usually have a name on them
But when you need your cash out, there isn't often much alternative. Takes planning to get your banking done in person. Also, some banks charge to use teller services

8. great idea
I never liked ATMs and never used them anyway. I get cash back at the grocery store or make a monthly trip to the bank (drive through) for my at home stash.

10. I will NEVER use an ATM. Or the internet for banking x'actions.
Way too insecure and I much prefer dealing with people than machines.
