Poll question: OK...Which is JUSTICE for Scott Peterson?
Personally I am against the death penalty but can understand why you would vote for it. It was a hayness crime and totally unneccessary. All he had to do is get a divorse. BUT he is a young attractive man. Life in prison for him will truly be torture. He could easily last 40+ years. I know someone whom sent 23 years in prison for murder. It is NO picnic

1. He should live
locked up forever at the mercy of other predators like himself with the knowledge of what he did.

Death would be too merciful.

7. if CNN says Scott is guilty, then I say he's innocent.

Odds are in my favour.

Something stinky smelly about this whole deal - especially how the case got so much air time. I think he was set up so this horrific crime could eat up media time and distract from all the dozens and dozens of other Important stories, but as I really don't give a shit... don't ask me for proof or a link.

edited for tpyos

Criminal justice system concerns everybody, though we could have been spared the day to day sensationalism.

But now. it comes down to whether we should allow the government to kill people when it isn't necessary. You all know the arguments. Now is when it concerns people like us.

Edit for spelling.
