Does anyone else expect Iraq to become a game of whack a mole?
Falluja this week. Another city next. Then another. Then Falluja again. Lather, rinse, repeat.

5. One of the military analysts compared it to exterminating prarie dogs.
My thought was that this would only work if there were no other colonies to deal with. whack-a-mole is what came to mind immediately.

Vietnamese opposition was sponsored by our Cold War enemies like USSR and China. Iraqi opposition is sponsored by both ME enemies and allies.
