4. It will go straight to Cheney
But, he will resign due to health reasons first. Note recent false alarm. Just like Tenet - quit before the 9-11 commission report.

I wonder about this too.

Also, there is that "second half" of the senate study -- What Bush did with the bad intelligence before Iraq (i.e. hyped)

3. It's Still Percolating
The election and new forums have disrupted some of the newer threads here, but as far as we know, Fitzgerald is still working on it. There is no indication that Goss has derailed the Grand jury. Give it a little more time and we'll see a frog march!

6. What investigation -- it will disappear -- all traces will be erased
from the collective memory of the media.

And Valerie Plame outing will probably just go away -- for his whole life people have made Jr.'s problems just go away. People are serving time for stuff he does probably every day -- Lie, cheat, steal, order executions, assassinations, vote fraud, treason -- you know -- just a few crimes here and there.

10. We now live in a one party totalitarian state. Republicans will no
longer be prosecuted.

Forget the Plame investigation - nothing more will be done. The election was successfully stolen, and every republican formerly under investigation is now off the hook.

12. "Accountability" will be for Liberals.
"Self policing" for Conservatives.

The media buried Plame until after the election. Now that we're past the election no more dissent will be tolerated. So no story unless Rove or Libby outlive their usefulness.

18. All right for Me! (& me too)
All this negative talk around here drives me nuts. There are far too many people making a living off this investigation for it to just "go away".

19. Valerie Plame
Boys and girls, as I write this, it is after 11 PM EST. Let me tell you a bedtime story. There once was a man named King George W. Bush. He ruled over a place called the Imperialist United States of America.

You see, before King George came to office, there were checks and balances in the federal government. But King George thought this was a very bad idea. And so he stopped it. No one was to question the actions of him or his administration.

King George's administration was very bad. They took their country to war based on lines. And when a former Ambassador questioned one of their cases for war, that Iraq had tried to purchase yellowcake uranium from Africa, those around King George outed the Ambassador's wife, who was an undercover CIA operative.

King George's Justice Department claimed they were investigating the outing of the CIA operative. King George even retained a lawyer for the matter. And they interviewed King George's brain, Karl Rove.

But no one was to be held accountable. Not in King George's world. He was King. He was the law.
