Franken is saying that Bush is pushing for John O'Neil replacing Colon Powell. You remember O'Neill. Swift Boat Veterans guy.

It's as if Bush is picking very controversial people to replace his old cabinet. It's like he is picking people he knows the Democrats will raise holy Hell about.

Seems devious to me.

6. The "regular networks" often cut away.. cspan covers it all AND

if you turn the volume WAAAAY up when Scotty leaves you can often catch gems of converstaions befoe they cut the mic.

8. Lester is a goof ball..so's the Pakistani guy

Scotty always goes to him when he's getting asked tough questions.. the guy takes 5 minutes to get out the question, and I cannot understand what he says, so any ole dodge will do..

and then there is the mexican woman ..who always gives him a respite..
