Addicted to sorryeverybody website?
I am. Every night I go back to it. It gives me hope to see all those American faces who tried to oust * and to hear the love and support from around the world.

Hey and looks like Switzerland thinks the vote was stolen too.

3. Yes. Fellow addict!
Love the site. I go there about once a day, especially when I'm feeling down, and that the effort and expense was for nothing. It feels so good to know that the message got out to the world that some of us believe in worldwide peace and cooperation. We almost had a class act in the Whitehouse, an intellectual who can speak knowledgeably on any subject off the top of his head.

Don't know what I would do without it, being here in Georgia with Diebold and friends.

2. I hear ya
I love that site too. On the night before the election, in the middle of the night, I remember reading posts on DU from Germany and Canada and France and from all over the world, wishing us luck and praying for us. When it was all over I remember feeling so bad that we let the rest of the world down. sorryeverybody.com was a Godsend. What a great site.

6. It means so much to hear from all of the other countries
but for me I was especially heartened that people in France could extend forgiveness! I've felt so ashamed and mortified. And then to see people post from Germany, Brazil, from Africa, messages from Korea, all of them are so dear and give me hope that we can all work together to fight for a peaceful, loving, just world, and that there is some light that can still shine across the oceans in spite of what seems like an expanding darkness.

It doesn't hurt that some are inviting us over .... not that I want to quit fighting here and leave, but if we can't prevail . . .

7. I am...
It takes at lot of guts to say sorry, and I appreciate every one of the people who took the time to submit their pics and messages.

I'm Scots and have been viewing this site (DU) for a long time. I'm a bit scared, but what the hell... might as well jump in!

Hello!

17. YES, I love it
I really like to see the pictures from people around the world. There is something very touching about it all...people saying the site has helped change their views of Americans, that they still love us, to come visit them, ect. It's very nice. BTW I love this pic, this is the cutest lady ever (not sure why she was sorriest on Nov. 4 though):

22. Nice graphic
I'm going to try to post one at Thanksgiving, when I can get my whole sorry family -- hmmm -- well you know what I mean -- my whole extended family who is sorry, together for a pix. We only have 2 holdouts, they're libertarians, what can I say, and by the end of the day on Thanksgiving, bet they will be saying "sorry" too.

My auntie, who's 78, was saying * was a fascist right from the very start, before everyone else caught on. She's a sharp one.

21. Count me in!
I love looking at that website and seeing the wonderful collage of people in this country who are about to be swept away by the tide of fascism. Like the mighty oak that swayz but does not bend or break, I will live for the next four years.

It was a great healing process. Now I know the rest of the world feels like the Democrats feel. What a great site for bringing the world together.

28. me too
and the responses back are pretty touching as well.

It struck me the last time I visited that this is the exact opposite of the fascist agenda, people from all over world communicating with each other.

How the big boys stay in control is to make us hate each other and draw up all these geographical boundaries that are fake, and drive wedges between everyone about our "differences", get people to pull back their innate curiosity and kindness and instead direct that enery to a central core of some kind of boys club, and develop "loyalty" and "patriotism" which are really just synonyms for slavery to a governing class. I have felt so much unity and love at this site, and this is exactly what "governments" don't want people to feel with unauthorized parties.

People in their homes, the landscapes of their states, gathered together or alone, all sincerely expressing their heartfelt feelings about the election in hundreds of creative ways.

The poetry of humankind, unfiltered by the propaganda of corporations or the politically powerful.
