"Only Small People Pay Taxes" Thus spake Leona Helmsley, the
poster girl for Greed in the 80's.We may add the following in the glorious Bush II Era to complete her eternal words of wisdom:

1.Only small people are required to be patriotic by dying in our wars.
2.Only small people are arrested for possession of small amounts of drugs and put away for a long time in maximum security prisons.
3.Only small people are required to work for minimum wages without benefits and make choices between prescription drugs and food.
4.Small people cannot benefit from Tax cuts or social programs.Money in the hands of small people corrupts them.Money in the hands of the wealthy improves our country.
5.Small people are morally weak.Big people are morally strong.
6. Small people need to get a good education to improve their lot in life.Big people don't need good education because they already know all the right people.

Add more as you deem necessary.

1. and from the mouth of the shrub
Bush also said high taxes on the rich are a failed strategy because

"the really rich people figure out how to dodge taxes anyway."

3. Laws are for Little People
You beat me to this. Here are the beginnings of my list:

Laws are for the Little People

Supreme Court writes a "per curiam" 5-4 decision that steals the 2000 election.
Bush started a war on knowingly false evidence about WMD, about Iraq-911.
HHS withheld Medicare estimates of $130 B from Congress
Right wing churches tell people how to vote, want to keep tax exemption.
Delay uses Homeland Security to try to find runaway Texas legislators.
DeLay to be indicted, GOP changes their own rules to keep him in power.

Only Liberals are Liars

Radicons "are misinformed", "misspeak", "have no recollection of that".
Condi Rice "couldn't imagine they would use planes" two months after Genoa G8 air defense panic
Cheney "I never met you Senator Edwards", video tapes available instantly.

Promises are nothing but sound bites

Bush: I promise not to put nuclear waste in Nevada
I promise to sign the CO2 standards (or whatever)

Ashcroft: I promise to protect civil liberties; does opposite.
Porter Goss: I promise not to do X; turns around and does it.

Precedents (upon which our legal system is based) are for patsies

Texas started redistricting in the middle of a ten year census cycle - unprecedented.
Bush calls for massive tax cuts in middle of war - unprecedented.
