What TV programs do the RWers watch?
We like CSI (the original one, not the spawns) and it often deals with the most deviant aspects of society. Yesterday's dealt completely with transgenders.

So now we wonder what the Evangelical Christians watch on TV, if, at all.

1. My dad always says they watch "Everybody Loves Raymond"
but I suspect he just doesn't want to watch it, so he tries to shame us into changing the channel.

9. True
My very republican parents watch this show. There must be a reason I never do, even if my ex husband does look like this guy. Notwithstanding that, the show is boring.

8. Too bad Lawrence Welk and Hee Haw are off the air
they must have a hard time.

But then again, I think these pseudo-Christians are attracted to the dark side of life. They sin 6 days a week and repent on the Sabbath. Why do you think there's strip clubs and porn parlors in much greater quantities in the 'god-fearing' red states than up here in the Northeast den of iniquity? Why is divorce and adultery so much more prevalent among evangelicals than those that attend church less frequently? BTW my state has the lowest divorce rate (Mass.).

No, I think they LOVE the dark side. Which is why they're positively orgasmic about the death and destruction in Iraq, and obsessed with lust. It's some twisted form of sexual repression.

13. Freeper I work with asked me what I thought of 'Reality Shows'.
When I stated that there was no such animal, he said he always watches 'Apprentice' and 'Survivor'. And he loves mindless action films.

15. Reality show fits in with Social Darwinist "Survivial of the Fittest"
philosophy. They love watching people be mean to one another.
