1. and she voted for the 2001 * tax cuts!!!
Evan Bayh's from Indiana and he voted against those (a litmus test for me). When that happened, I wondered what her trip is. Well, she's just another political hoe who votes her upper crust interests without regard to anyone else. She sucks big time! Send her away.

4. be careful what you wish for
lot's of Dems spent a lot of time trashinng Davis- Now look what we have. I will not vote for her in the primary , if there is a reasonable alternative(almost any Dem). BUT, once it is over, and if she wins, I will savage any dem that goes after her.
Cruz Bustamante, indeed

6. As a native of Connecticut, I'd like to see a more progressive Democrat...
...challenge Senator Lieberman for the party's nomination the next time around. But I know damned well it ain't gonna happen. :(

7. Picky! Picky! Picky!
Just be certain you're not working to replace her with someone not nearly as good as her, like electing a Republican, which would put our numbers even further behind in Congress. Pragmatic? You bet!

9. I'm no fan of Feinstein, but you are going to have to get
someone really stellar to oppose her. If she loses the Democratic nomination, Im afraid her seat could be lost to a real Republican. I have resigned myself to the fact that she is and we will have to wait until she retires to get rid of her.

10. Feinstein was on C-Span earlier tonight trashing that bill up and down....
I went out to a movie...you're telling me she voted FOR IT??? After her tirade on the Senate Floor? You are kidding?

I'm NC here, so I don't know much about her except that California DU'ers get angry with her. But she was on fire earlier tonight.

We need the names of all the Dems who voted for this. But, are you sure they didn't take the Abortion and IRS Searches OUT of the bill before they voted for it? Did they vote on an Amendment to get rid of them or did both of those scurrilous "last minute" pieces of legislation get left in?

11. Geez I'm glad to hear someone else sees through Mz Feinstein
She voted "yea" in one of the early moves to impeach Big Dog, and I've never forgiven her. If she's nominated again, I'll vote for the Repub crap before I vote for this turncoat, opportunistic fraud. She's always wanted to be one of the boys, so she votes along with those in power. On the other hand there's Barbara Boxer...now that is a Senator of whom we can all be proud.
