1. I thought this was pretty much common knowledge by now.
It hasn't been all that much of a "secret" to anyone paying attention for a couple years. Unfortunately our government has been too busy chasing down hard-core dangerous criminals like Tommy Chong and Martha Stewart to worry about little things like nuclear proliferation.
