they were the last two in the litter, and the owner was going to take them to the pound.

I was told Male was a boy.

I had them "fixed" at six months old.

Was my face red when the vet called me to inform me that not only was Male a girl, she was also in heat. :P

Their names are pronounced Molly and Fee-Molly :D

It reminds me of a Furry Freak Brothers cartoon (are you familiar with them?) I once read. Fat Freddy prepares a Thanksgiving dinner, and after everyone's eaten, they all compliment him on the delicious meal. Freewheelin' Franklin asks Fat Freddy what he put in that delicious stuffing, and FF replies "What do you mean? It was already stuffed when I shot him!"

DOD Release of "non-combat casualties":

15,000

Another guy said he estimates overall casualties so far as 20,000-30,000.

Note that "casualty" is someone removed from combat for medical reasons OR death.
