Letterman's disgusting buttering up of Gen. Franks

It's sickening to watch Letterman with Gen. Tommy Franks ranting on about what a wonderful job Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld and the rest have done in Iraq etc....I'm really surprised at Dave.

.. I think Dave has great respect for the troops. He realizes that they're just doing a job.

He did question things, but didn't battle with the answers. I think he was trying to be respectful.

Franks was laughable. I'm sure he was a kiss ass general.

He actually mentioned the guy who had things buried in his yard!
