1. He's from Ohio and he probably gets
as good ratings in red states as blue states.

Then again, he didn't have enough support to run for Senator this year.

springer is not his show. it is an act, he admits it. this american life did a show on him. he is actually a very strong progressive democrat. i would vote for him.

7. I also like the fact that he's not a hypocrite
All his dirtiness is on display. I figure he has nothing to hide unlike MOST politicians. I find that refreshing.

We would probably lose several blue states with Springer as the candidate and he wouldn't even carry Ohio.
