What do you guys make of this?
12 Tanks are Going Towards Kiev

They are moving North towards Fastiv highway, having already crossed Odessa highway. They are using detour roads. We remind that police forces and the army must defend their people and the President they have chosen -- people's President V.Yuschenko.

1. This doesn't sound all that good
Could Putin be starting a second Chechnya in the Ukraine?

Don't these guys ever learn?

Oh, and I hope everyone enjoyed the irony of the Bushoids questioning the legitimacy of another nation's election. These guys have such big balls its amazing they can stand up, and yes, I include Condi in that number.

6. I'd say it's near impossible
Russia needs trade to survive, and Europe won't trade with Russia if it initiates violence.

Maybe AFTER (and if) things spiral out of control, but even then, Europe isn't going to just let go of Ukraine.

7. "Crowd power"?
You mean like a lynch mob?

Think about rephrasing.

12. The US is at economic war with Russia. Russia is dumpling dollars.
We are also coveting the same oil areas that Russia is - remember that nice little pipeline we invaded Afghanistan for? And we are getting ready to attack Russia's friend - Iran. Europe doesn't like us either, and we may actually be in an economic war with them. People are thinking that * is letting the dollar collapse to ruin Old Europe's economy.

There was also someone here on the boards from Ukraine that said Russian troops are there and some of the roads are closed. Haven't heard if they are Russian troops.
