1. Yeah, I watched this even before seeing Fahrenheit 9/11
The thing that's so disturbing to me is that it was made by DUTCH TV! Why wasn't it made my American TV? Of course, this is one of the points of F 9/11. If American media was doing its job, Moore wouldn't have had to make his film.

Even so, I think a lot of things like the Carlyle Group just goes straight over many people's heads. Even if the information were on the 6 o'clock news, they wouldn't understand the importance of it.

BTW, Cynthia McKinney, the black Congresswoman who lost her seat because of GOP shenanigans during the primaries in 2002, WON HER SEAT BACK.

2. I don't think it's new
I sort of recall watching it before ... but very powerful. Conflict of interest has no meaning any more, whether it's ex-Secretaries of Defense, ex-Presidents, war profiteers within the Defense Dept. like Perle, supreme court judges, or a governor skewing his state's votes for his brother.
