CSPAN - Is America more blessed?
Edited on Thu Nov-25-04 11:05 AM by carrowsboy
Today's WJ question is being re-aired now.

How disgusting!

Just had a guy on claiming it is ok to discriminate against white people but no one else.

Another guy just said he is thankful & blessed that we are all afforded health care in this country. And that people have fought & died to protect this country.

We must be thankful for those who gave their lives for this country. Says we are blessed cause offensive makes us strong.

1. "Is America more blessed" than what?
Sudan? Haiti? It's sure as hell not more "blessed" since bush has been in power..more like it's on the recieving end of some very heavy karma.

2. I wonder
If that is the same thing I peeked at earlier while stuffing the turkey... they were having dems call in as well. One lady made some very good points but the host wasn't paying attention, he was flipping through papers and reading something.. *sigh*

3. actually, I think it's "Is America too blessed"
C-span cooking up straw men for thanksgiving, the discussion is centered around this depressing column, where some poor tormented soul from the Ayn Rand Institute rails against how Americans feel too guilty about their wealth, especially on Thanksgiving.

They just turned the cameras on, and that was it. What was aired, was aired. boring sometimes, colorful as hell other times (parliament was a hoot)
