So when does the bank break? Cheney: "Deficits don't matter"
That is what Cheney said to Treasury Sect. Paul O'neil as quoted in Susskinds book. That statement has been ringing in my ears ever since I read it.

In the mammoth work on War by Carroll Quigley: "Tragedy and Hope" he reemphasizes that the control of resources not money is what war is all about. But what I can't figure out is when will the money be cut off to pay for resource wars like the one in Iraq? How will it be cut off? Do deficits really not matter as far as conquering new territory?

5. Here is the universal capitalistic principle:
Privatize profits, nationalize losses. The "bank" will never break because it has 300,000,000 customers. Under the capitalistic perspective, the only thing that matters is profit, indeed not deficit.

7. I have heard the idea that money is a resource that flows.
By electronic pipelines. Will be back when I find my source.

I also thought money was a commodity. Fascinating and scary. These people are not conservatives but radicals beyond the worst Marxist. They put on the coverings of Capitalists for lip service.
