Collapsing Paths

Each of us is the end results of paths chosen and with each path chosen all others are collapsed. At least that is a broad stroke interpretation of the complexity theory as expressed by the Nobel Laureate, Dr. Murray Gell-Mann.

Why could that be of any importance? Well, just as a caution that we do not in most cases get overs. Time like an arrow flies on in a straight path to the future and the actions we take today color and complete the future.

Only the most reckless and irrational will take action based on faith. For faith is the refuge of anti-intellectual. “I believe in face of all evidence to the contrary.”

We take actions that close all other paths. We need to be assured that our best assessment of taking action of such finality is based on our most considered and rational thoughts. Not on a feeling without foundation

But, seriously....

about the PATH train in the WTC or something.

Silly me.

Thats why choice is so important and shouldn't be taken lightly!!!
