3. CNN said they couldn't show close ups
Because the protest signs were too vulgar.

Hmm...I don't see any vulgarities in those photos, but I DO see "MEDIA LIES," and "Bush Is A War Criminal." I guess to the MSM, the truth is pretty vulgar these days.

5. Every time I think I'm beyond being shocked by ...
the MSM, it turns out I'm wrong. Yeah, it's real vulgar to slap the TRUTH on some poster board. Geez! The American MSM are ... well, that's what is too vulgar! :)

4. No, Canada is FREE, and Free Americans stuck behind the Televised Curtain
of Imperial Amerika salute our Free Brothers to the North.

Beware, for Totalitarian Tyrannies such as Imperial Amerika do not suffer for long Free Nations next door.

But Free Canada, you probably have a decade or more to defeat the BushPutinist Plan when it comes to your doors.

Learn from the pitiful weak and bootlicking Imperial Subjects of Amerika and STOP it BEFORE you suffer the same vile fate as Amerika that is coming soon.

6. tom, it's always a pleasure to read your posts.
Even though you speak hard truths.

You're right: we probably have a decade.

We're all in this anti-fascist fight together, or we'll all be under the fascists' heel.

If Canada is to avoid becoming the Austria of the New American Century, we're going to need the help of Americans of good conscience to bring this nightmare to a close.

7. it's time for foreign leaders to listen to their people and SHUN BUSH
Why is this idiot in Canada letting Bush even visit? Why is he dignifying his existence by meeting with him?

16. Ironically, the political colours are sort of reversed in Canada
The Liberal Party is red (for example, my city is often called Redmonton since it often votes Liberal), and the Conservative party is blue (true blue Tory is a phrase you might hear in Canada). The Conservative Party (nicknamed Tories) is closest in ideology to the Republican Party.

The colour our socialist party (NDP, New Democratic Party) uses is orange. Our New Democratic Party has nothing to do with the U.S. term New Democrat, which I believe is actually the phrase for a more centrist Democrat.

But we have learned the U.S. colour system quite well, and can change mental gears pretty easily.

Just a little political trivia.

20. The "bluest" province is Québec
I am bias but it is still the truth. Before your elections they did a survey across Canada. The results showed that it was in the province of Québec that bushy received the lowest appreciation.
