Just back from the food bank
If you're feeling down this holiday for whatever reason, go volunteer somewhere. It will lift your spirits like nothing else.

2. year round volunteering is a beautiful thing
whatever and wherever we are, when we can give of what we can to others who are in need, then we cant help but feel great - and grateful

good for you for being involved and encouraging others to do so
