Has anyone heard how Elizabeth Edward is doing?

1. I got an email from her a while back
She thanked everyone for their well wishes, and said she would update us periodically via email. They are overwhelmed by the number of calls and emails they received, so she asked people to let her update them when she can.
She's having chemo and is fighting the cancer. I admire her tremendously. She is a strong, smart, and amazingly capable woman. If anyone can beat cancer, she can. If I get another email I'll post it.
Now SHE would make an awesome president!

2. Sen Edwards was on local NPR affiliate (WUNC) today-
says she just had her second treatment and was doing well/in good spirits.

3. My local NC paper this morning said about Edwards
that he was making his wife's health his top priority right now
but quote:

"There is one thing you can count on is that this fight is not over"

I almost posted it when I read it.

The paper interpreted it to mean that his future included politics.

I don't look at it that way, I hope against hope they are working like crazy to at least expose what happened.
