They are going to talk about accusations of voter fraud, intimidation, destroyed ballots, and biased election officials.

Oh, I thought you meant in the U.S. lol

Must be a report to show how the Ukraine could have benefitted from Diebold voting machines, ESS tabulators, and wonderful people like Katherine Harris and Kenneth Blackwell, like Iraq will in January.
