Repukes Are Winning By Using Hate & Relating Hate to God

I wonder if alot of people aren't missing the point of Christianity and indeed the point of the Gospel. I hear all too often "Christ hates this type of person" or something along those lines. Let me tell you something, Christ is about love. It's that easy. It's love people, not hate or judgement or scorn. Not unacceptance and rejection. It's not about you being angry that two men want to be married, and it's not about anyone being upset that a black man and white man compete for a job. ----Am I saying we must accept all behavior?? No, but think clearly about what you're saying about these behaviors and NEVER allow anything you say to come from a place of hate or fear or rejection. Let all your actions be because of love. Act on love, and faith that the love you give will grow in this world. Sow seeds of love, and you will never reap hate. Teach your children to love, because our parents hated too much. Show your friends and neighbors how to love in the face of adversity. Show your spouses what it is to love in times of great strain and stress. Love people, go forth and love. Don't hate and don't fear.

John 15:9 says "As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love.

I can't find it in me or in my understanding of my God and Savior to believe that the center of the faith is NOT love. It has to be love, God is love. All he is and does is a great reflection of his essence, and that essence is love.

God never preached hate, he preached love, kindness, humility, and forgiveness.
